If you are interested in renting a table to sell items at the conference bazaar, please indicate how many tables you would like to request.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL bazaar table registrations are not confirmed upon submission. Requests will be approved based on availability and suitability for the event by our team. Please fill out the form in its entirety.

If we are unable to approve your bazaar table registration, you will receive a full refund. We would still be delighted to have you join us at the conference.
